Shipping Policy
When will my items ship?
Our fulfillment center operates Monday - Friday. We work with a warehouse partner that helps us ship. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 - 7 business days.
If your order hasn't received tracking and it has been beyond 7 business days. There may be a problem and you should reach out to sales@sessiongoods.com.
Where is my tracking number?
You will receive a secondary e-mail with your tracking information once the order ships from our warehouse. This will be within 5-7 business days of ordering.
Sometimes your shipment email can get flagged as SPAM. If you cannot locate the email or you accidentally deleted or archived it, use the chat box to look up your tracking.
If you have yet to receive your tracking number after 3 business days, there may be an issue and you should reach out to sales@sessiongoods.com for help.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently working with international customers on a case-by-case bases. We hope to make it available to everyone in the future.
Why don't you offer international shipping?
We're flattered you're asking, but the reality is we are a small operation (5 people) and shipping internationally is both very costly and time-consuming.
Do you accept returns?
It depends, returns must be requested within two weeks of receiving the product. Once a case is approved, the order must be sent back within 30 days of approval. All cases older than 30 days that have not been sent in or given further communication will be canceled and archived, no longer eligible for return or exchange.
You cannot return any item that has been used, sorry, but it's a federal regulation and a health hazard. If you attempt to return a used product, you will not be refunded.
How do I ensure I get a full refund?
Only unused items in an undamaged box will be issued store credit or a refund. Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the requested exchange, return, or store credit.
Session Goods will give returns for store credit to the total value of the product. Items returned for a refund will be assessed, and if needed receive a flat $5 repackaging fee per item. If no repackaging is necessary, the fee will be waived.
Due to regulations, we cannot accept used goods for return. If a used good is returned, you will not receive a refund.
